Who We Service
Magna Hospice Service, Inc. accepts patients with different range of life-limiting illness including but not limited to: End stage Heart Disease, End stage Kidney Disease, Lung Disease (COPD) , Liver Disease, and End Stage Neurological Diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc)
Our Team
Our Hospice team consists of:
Medical Directors, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Hospice Aides (HA), Social Workers, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT,) Speech Therapy (ST), Chaplains, Bereavements Counselors, and Volunteers.
Magna Care
Together we work with the patients, families and caregivers in identifying the patient's needs.
We also help with providing medications, medical supplies, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME), as deemed appropriate. This makes providing care safe and convenient.
